Guilt-Free Apple Pie Smoothie

I was SO Amazed by this delicious, filling treat smoothie!  It tastes like an apple pie and it’s all healthy =)  I had it for lunch and for 3 hours I was satisfied.  I have to eat every couple hours and this was the perfect combination to keep me satisfied while at work.

Great after a workout too!

Here is what I put in mine:

1 apple (make sure to cut the core out-keep peel on or off)
1 banana
8 Raw almonds
1/2 cup of non-fat plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
cinnamon
1 tbs of soaked chia seeds (not blended but stirred in)
Few ice cubes

YUM!!!
